Lunds & Byerlys
Grocery Store
Specialty Food and Gifts
Enthusiastic about designing gift packages, we meet with Jerie Meakins, the consumer gift manager at
Lunds & Byerlys, and she presented
us with a vision for the project.
There were seven gift boxes, used for specialty sets. Five Minnesota theme gift boxes were created around Minnesota products. The last group of boxes we created two sizes for a snack box theme. We decided to design labels that can be applied to the boxes, which made it cost effective to switch out the theme and products.

Berkley Risk
Insurance and Administration Services
Berkley Risk was looking for us to create a visual brand for State, a liability insurance company that Berkley Risk manages. A series of graphics and imagery were implemented that represented the various public entities they provide services. Using the imagery we designed an ad series, along with a FAQ brochure and graphic for a booth.

Charlson Meadows Renewal Center
Provides an environment that renews, inspires and enriches
We worked closely with President Nancy Nelson and Program Director Sharon Franquemont to understand the message of renewal, inspiration and peace their brand needed to communicate. In creating the brand, we were inspired by Meadows, a prominent sculpture that welcomes you onto the property. Other projects we designed include a program, letterhead package and series of communication materials.
Fieldstone
Hartman Communities, Inc.
Master-planned community in Mayer, MN
For Fieldstone, a master marketing plan
was created and branding was designed
to builders and other companies involved
in the development of this property. We implemented all the elements, logo design, website, newspaper ads, magazine ads, property signage, billboards and Parade of Homes marketing along with special events. A brochure was designed to market the development to the general public.
Custom Fab Solutions
Provides specialty fabricated
components and products for the semiconductor industry
Custom Fab Solutions needed a professional brand so we crafted a logo that visually represents what they create along with signage, brochure package and website.
Custom Food Processors
Product development and contract manufacturing
After spending time with Custom Food Processors, we knew they needed a new marketing direction. We listened and then began our design process to create a swirling effect representing part of the manufacturing process. We also created a brochure package, direct mail campaign and website.
Pink Business Interiors
Interior design firm
Working with Pink Business Interiors’ marketing director, we created a unique and whimsical logo design. Taking the chair design element, we created a library of images the consultants could use for their proposals so they could customize as needed. Brochures, vehicle graphics and marketingᅠfolders also were created.
Austin Remodeling Contractors
Residential home remodeling
Needing to create a brand that would make an emotional connection with their target group, we used the warm elements that are home. Typography in the brand resembles the space within your home’s floor plan. Direct mail campaign, along with the logo design and letterhead package were included in the overall project.
LeGran Homes/LeGran Remodeling
Executive home builder and remodeling company
When creating a remodeling division for LeGran homes, their first step was to create a brand graphically represented a remodel. The logo has a smaller piece that morphs into aᅠremodel. Direct mail was the direction we chose with a six-postcard project. We mailed to the appropriate demographics; the campaign was a success and resulted in more work than they could handle. The postcards show the before and after that draws the client into the image.
Jodi Baglien
Well being + wisdom studio
Jodi Baglien was in need of a brand make over. Her concern was having all aspects of her services included. We solved the problem with simple icons, each representing different elements: body work, hands-on teaching, plants, essential oils, and finally her intuitive gift, that is the flame. Currently we are working on the aromatherapy patches packaging.
Hartman Communities
Residential and commercial developer

Working with President Terry Hartman, we listened and created an aspen leaf which still represents their brand 10 years later. We have continued working together in branding their residential and commercial developments.

After listening to the owner describe her business and philosophy, we designed a brand that she was proud to call her own.ᅠ A letterhead package that carried through the branding elements was also created.
Sign Source
Sign fabrication company
Creating a brand requires reaching out to the company’s potential clientele. Images that represent the fabrication items used to create signs became the new logo. The images give the brand movement and symbolically conveys the various services Sign Source offers. A corporate brochure and letterhead package was also a part of the project.
Upstairs Studio
A small work-out studio in Washington
The client wanted to have a creative and active logo. A continuing theme through our conversation was the fact the studio was up the stairs, thus the name. Using that unique location, we used those stairs as a design element in the logo. It was whimsical and creative with movement and worked well for signage that directed clients to the Upstairs Studio.

The project was a first place winner for Magazine Marketing.
